• Process Indents for electrical consumables
• Process indents for electrical job-work (Repairing of electrical instruments)
• Process indents for electrical sub-contracting
• Proces indents for house keeping
• Process Indents for stationary
• Process Indents for IT
• Handling and follow up for vendor generation
• Follow up with vendor for any shortage, rejection, tax, invoice, excise documents etc
• Review of pending Indents and pending purchase order on a daily period
• focusing on material not received beyond delivery date
• Reconciliation with accounts for advance payments made
• initiate payment advises in case of advance payment
• PO preparation of import items
• Advises to store for movements of material through GP/Excise challan
• Minimum 1-year Experience required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
