Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and evaluate suppliers based on quality, price, service, support, reliability, and reputation.
  • Obtain and review quotations; negotiate price and terms with vendors.
  • Issue purchase orders and monitor their status to ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information.
  • Work closely with inventory, accounts, and operations departments.
  • Track stock levels and coordinate reordering as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
  • Resolve issues related to delayed deliveries, shortages, or quality concerns.

Short Key Notes:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field.
  • Proven experience (1–2 years) in a purchasing or procurement role.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of procurement software or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Tally,).
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
