Purchase Executive

About the Role

Falcon Group of Companies is looking for a proactive Purchase Executive to manage procurement of materials and services. Candidates with experience in construction, manufacturing, or fast-paced environments are preferred, but freshers with relevant home-country experience are also welcome.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, negotiate, and purchase materials and services.
• Maintain supplier relationships and ensure competitive pricing.
• Process purchase orders and track deliveries.
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet project requirements.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and cost efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Experience in procurement (1–3 years) preferred; freshers can apply.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; ERP knowledge is a plus.
