The Purchase Executive will oversee end-to-end procurement activities — from identifying vendors and obtaining quotations to negotiating prices and ensuring timely delivery of required materials. Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate vendors and suppliers (local and outstation).

• Collect and compare quotations for best pricing.

• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.

• Maintain vendor relationships and performance records.

• Track stock levels and manage timely procurement.

• Purchase varied items — housekeeping, electrical, IT, office, and raw materials.

• Coordinate with departments for purchase requirements.

• Maintain purchase documentation and records.

• Ensure timely, cost-effective material procurement.
