Position: Purchase Executive – Food & Beverage
Location: Dubai

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive Purchase Executive to manage food and beverage procurement, vendor relations, and inventory operations for our restaurants. The role ensures timely sourcing, cost efficiency, and quality compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end purchasing: quotations, vendor negotiations, and order processing.
• Maintain inventory levels, forecast demand, and manage storeroom operations.
• Source new products and ensure cost-effective, high-quality procurement.
• Monitor supplier performance, verify deliveries, and process invoices.
• Coordinate with FOH/BOH teams to fulfill product requests promptly.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, storage, and operational standards.
• Maintain records, PAR levels, and implement FIFO rules for stock distribution.
• Assist in budget management and month-end inventory reporting.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in purchasing and hospitality/restaurant operations.
• Knowledge of food & beverage sourcing, storage practices, and inventory management.
• Understanding of food hygiene practices and PIC requirements.
• Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, email) and basic mathematics.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Diploma in relevant field preferred.
• Experience handling alcohol is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
