Purchase Executive Fresher - Mechanical/ Electrical Engineer

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to join our procurement team. The ideal candidate should have a background in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and a keen interest in supply chain and procurement operations.

This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates looking to start their career in the purchasing and procurement domain within a technical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing and procurement of materials, components, and services.
• Request and compare quotations from vendors.
• Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery and order follow-ups.
• Prepare Purchase Orders and maintain purchase records.
• Work closely with the stores, accounts, and production departments.
• Maintain vendor database and evaluate supplier performance.
• Support in price negotiations and contract discussions.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education:
• B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (mandatory)
• Experience:
• 0–1 year (Freshers are encouraged to apply)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
