Purchase Executive ( Real Estate)

• Well versed in the procurement process(PR,RFQ,CR,PO).
• Proven ability to conclude sub-contracts
• Experience in hiring of manpower and machinery
• Proven track record in handling purchase of bulk materials like steel, cement, concrete etc.
• New Vendor/Subcontractor development
• Negotiation skills, with aim to work well within budgets
• Ability to lead a team of buyers
