Purchase executive (Sheetmetal fabrication)

• General Competency & skill
• 1 Outlook Email communication
• 2 MS Excel with basic formulas required for commercial negotiations
• 3 MS Word
• 4 Tally ERP9 (Can be trained); preferred that he/she should have worked on tally earlier
• 5 Making Purchase order as per ERP after having the vendor registered if it is a new one
• 6 Ensuring the Purchase order has been sent to supplier and processed
• 7 Study of Bill of material (In time) received from Design department
• 8 Floating enquiries to suppliers (in time) and making comparative statements
• 9 Following up with suppliers and Ensuring Material is received in time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
