Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement long-term procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Identify, evaluate, and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and suppliers
• Lead high-value negotiations to secure favourable pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules
• Ensure timely, cost-effective procurement of materials and services across all projects
• Drive supplier performance improvements through regular audits and performance reviews
• Develop, monitor, and control annual procurement budgets, ensuring cost optimization
• Coordinate closely with project, finance, and site teams to align procurement with execution timelines
• Oversee and mentor the procurement team to ensure efficiency, compliance, and accountability
• Optimize inventory levels and material planning to avoid shortages or excess stock
• Ensure all procurement processes and contracts comply with legal and organizational standards
• Maintain accurate documentation of all procurement transactions, contracts, and vendor data
• Identify and mitigate procurement-related risks such as price fluctuations and supply delays
• Generate regular reports on procurement KPIs, budget usage, inventory levels, and vendor performance
• Provide strategic inputs for process improvements and cost-saving initiatives
• Travel to vendor locations and project sites as required for inspections and negotiations

• Proficient knowledge of procurement processes in the real estate/construction industry
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and coordinate with multiple teams
• Proficient in Highrise Kanixx
• Attention to detail and good documentation practices
• Willingness to travel to vendor locations and project sites when required
  
  

Eligibility

• Minimum 15 year of relevant experience in purchase with a developer firm.
