Purchase Head (Male)

Purchase Head is overall responsible to look after the purchase related activities which are running through Purchase dept. He is also responsible for the accountability of staff under his department. He is the responsible person / Focal point to provide/assist all purchase activities of company except gold and diamond.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: (Key Result Areas - KRA)

(a) Prepare a yearly, monthly and weekly budget for the Purchase.

(b) Monitoring of all staff activities under his command.

(c) Overall supervision of Purchase Department

(d) Arrange Meeting with vendors.

(e) Coordination of bulk orders and its transparency.

(f) Close monitoring of all negotiations and its POs.

(g) Administration and implementation of purchase on cost effective manner.

(h) Go through the reports and returns and act accordingly.

(j) Ensure the correct disposal of the vendors payment as per policy.

(k) Monitoring of all purchase related issues in review meetings.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

· Graduation Degree in any Discipline

· Retired Army professional (Administration) preferred

· Previous exposure and experience in Purchase Section is desirable.

· Self start /Command and Control is essential.

· Good leadership quality to lead his team.
