Purchase Incharge

• Plan and execute purchase requirements for dairy plant operations (milk cans, packaging material, spare parts, uniforms, cleaning agents, etc.).
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure the best terms of quality, price, and delivery.
• Issue Purchase Orders (PO) and maintain proper documentation.
• Coordinate with stores, accounts, transport, and production teams for timely material availability.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and audit guidelines.
• Maintain vendor database and evaluate vendor performance regularly.
• Track and control purchase expenses to meet budget targets.
• Resolve issues related to delivery delays, shortages, or quality concerns.
• Prepare and submit periodic purchase reports to management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
