Required Skills and Experience

• Procurement Expertise: In-depth knowledge of purchasing processes, supply chain management, and sourcing strategies.
• Negotiation Skills: The ability to secure favorable terms from vendors.
• Food Industry Knowledge: Understanding of food products, seasonal availability, and food safety regulations.
• Inventory Management: Experience in managing stock levels to ensure product availability without excess inventory.
• Financial Acumen: Ability to manage budgets, track costs, and contribute to the profitability of the operation.
• Communication: Strong communication skills to work effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Food Purchase Manager: 3 years (Preferred)
• Catering / F&B: 1 year (Preferred)
