Purchase Manager

Role Description : This is a full-time on-site role for a Purchasing Manager in Dubai, . As a Purchasing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the procurement process, managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring efficient and cost-effective purchasing of goods and services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop procurement strategies, monitor inventory levels, and optimize the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Purchasing Manager or in a similar role, specially in food industry
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supply chain management, and contract negotiation
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers
• Good understanding of market trends and pricing
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Proficiency in relevant software applications (e.g., Microsoft Excel, ERP systems)
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Professional certifications in procurement or supply chain management are a plus
• Fluency in English;
