Dispatch and Logistics Duties

- Monitor shipment progress and proactively resolve delivery delays, vehicle issues, or routing conflicts.
- Maintain accurate records of dispatch times, delivery logs, and inventory movement.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, warehouse staff, and customers to ensure smooth operations and high service levels.
- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, safety protocols, and company policies.
- Optimize logistics workflows to improve delivery performance, reduce fuel costs, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Track and manage fleet maintenance schedules and driver availability.
- Utilize logistics software and tracking tools to oversee order status and manage logistics data.
