Job Role & Responsibilities:

As a Purchase Executive at Medizia Biotech, you will be responsible for managing procurement activities to ensure the timely and cost-effective purchase of raw materials, packaging materials, machinery, and other essentials required for smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate prices, and establish strong vendor relationships.
• Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely follow-up with suppliers.
• Maintain records of goods ordered and received.
• Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical industry regulations and quality standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the production and warehouse team.
• Track shipments, resolve delivery issues, and ensure timely supply.
• Develop cost-saving strategies while maintaining product quality.
• Coordinate with accounts for timely payments and supplier reconciliations.
• Stay updated with market trends, new suppliers, and pricing changes.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
