Key Responsibilities:
Procurement & Sourcing:
- Source and procure raw materials, spare parts, packaging materials, and other components required for production.
- Identify reliable suppliers and negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Raise Purchase Orders (POs) based on production planning and inventory requirements.
Vendor Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new suppliers.
- Evaluate vendor performance based on quality, price, delivery, and responsiveness.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues related to delays or defects.
Inventory Coordination:
- Work closely with the inventory and production teams to manage stock levels and avoid shortages or overstock situations.
- Track and monitor open POs and ensure deliveries match the requirement.
Documentation & Compliance:
- Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions, quotations, invoices, and contracts.
- Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and external regulatory requirements.
Cost Optimization:
- Analyze market trends and supplier pricing to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Assist in budgeting and cost control initiatives.
Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Collaborate with Production, Quality Control, Accounts, and Logistics teams to ensure seamless procurement and operations.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques
- Understanding of supply chain and inventory management systems
- Familiarity with ERP systems
- Attention to detail and good analytical skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
