We are looking for a skilled Purchase & Procurement Manager to strengthen our supply chain and ensure cost-efficient, timely, and quality-driven procurement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective procurement strategies aligned with company goals.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage reliable suppliers and vendors.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to achieve cost savings without compromising on quality.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of raw materials, packaging, and other requirements.
• Coordinate with production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, timeliness, and compliance.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and contracts.
• Continuously seek new vendors, products, and innovations to optimize procurement.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement (preferably in cosmetics, FMCG, or manufacturing industry).
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Good understanding of supply chain, inventory, and procurement processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,169.83 - ₹62,967.08 per month
