Purchase Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Purchase Manager to handle end-to-end procurement for our electronics manufacturing operations. The role involves sourcing electronic components, vendor management, price negotiations, inventory control, and ensuring timely material availability for production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and procure electronic components, mechanical parts, and consumables.
• Identify, develop, and evaluate suppliers for quality, cost, and reliability.
• Negotiate prices, contracts, and payment terms to optimize procurement costs.
• Collaborate with production and planning teams to maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Track and monitor material lead times to avoid production delays.
• Develop cost-saving initiatives and alternative sourcing strategies.
• Maintain procurement data, purchase records, and supplier performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Requirements:

• BE/ B-Tech
• 3–10 years of procurement experience in electronics manufacturing industry.
• Good understanding of electronic components and manufacturing processes.
• Strong negotiation, vendor management, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel.
