Location: Corporate Office (Karigari HQ)

Reporting To: Director – Operations / Founders

Experience Required: Minimum 8–12 years in F&B procurement, with proven experience of managing supply chain & purchasing for 20+ restaurants Pan-India

Key Responsibilities

Vendor Management: Identify, negotiate, and maintain long-term relationships with national & regional vendors to ensure quality, consistency, and best pricing.

Supply Chain Standardization: Implement systems for uniformity in raw materials, packaging, and other essentials across all outlets.

Cost Optimization: Continuously monitor and reduce procurement costs without compromising on quality.

Inventory Control: Coordinate with outlet teams to ensure accurate demand forecasting, stock levels, and just-in-time supply.

Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to FSSAI, HACCP, and brand quality standards across all purchases.

Logistics Coordination: Streamline distribution channels and third-party logistics partners for Pan-India supplies.

Expansion Support: Lead procurement planning for new restaurant launches across cities, ensuring timely supply readiness.

MIS & Reporting: Maintain procurement dashboards, monthly cost analysis, and vendor performance reviews for management.

Team Leadership: Build and mentor a purchase & supply chain team aligned with Karigari’s growth trajectory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
