Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to support company operations.
- Identify and evaluate new suppliers while maintaining strong relationships with existing vendors.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
- Monitor supplier performance to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and timely deliveries.
- Track market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Oversee purchasing operations and maintain procurement data in SAP or other ERP systems.
- Coordinate with logistics, sales, finance, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
- Lead and support the purchasing team to achieve departmental objectives.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of procurement experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Good command of English and Russian.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
