Designation-Purchase Manager
Working days and working time : Monday to Saturday : 9.30 am– 6.30 pm
Forth Saturday : half day
Office Address-Andheri East
Require Assistant Purchase Manager for following work:
Experience-5+
Salary as per experience
Purchase orders: Finding out of supplier, Negotiating with them, Creating purchase orders for suppliers, specifying the items, quantities, delivery schedules, and other terms
Order accuracy: Ensuring that orders received are accurate and that goods received are not damaged
Supplier relationships: Managing supplier contracts and monitoring compliance
Market trends: Maintaining awareness of industry market trends and conducting competitor analysis
Cost analyses: Preparing cost analyses and financial reports
Record keeping: Keeping accurate records of purchases made, invoices, and contracts
Communication: Working closely with relevant departments to ensure products purchased are in line with the company's needs
Follow up: Following up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders
Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
