HIRING PURCHASE MANAGER

Experience - Minimum 2–4 years of experience in the construction industry, specifically in residential projects in Kerala.

Qualification - Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong knowledge of local building materials, suppliers, and pricing.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Good understanding of procurement processes, vendor management, and inventory control
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic accounting practices.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle end-to-end procurement for residential construction projects.
  • Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers for best rates, quality, and timelines.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders, agreements, and related documentation.
  • Coordinate with project, site, and accounts teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Maintain accurate purchase records and inventory levels
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with local suppliers and contractors.
