Job Description:

Property Anthem Developments is seeking an experienced Purchase Manager to oversee procurement and vendor management for our real estate construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing quality materials, negotiating with suppliers, ensuring cost efficiency, and maintaining timely availability of construction resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement purchase/procurement strategies aligned with project requirements.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors & suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Manage purchase orders, contracts, and approvals as per company policies.
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of construction materials.
• Coordinate with project, site, and finance teams for smooth material management.
• Track market trends, analyze pricing, and identify opportunities for cost savings.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and company procurement policies.

Requirements:

• Graduate / Postgraduate in Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field.
• 4–8 years of experience in purchase/procurement within the real estate or construction industry.
• Strong negotiation, vendor management, and cost control skills.
• Proficiency in- MS Office and ERP/Procurement software.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,262.26 - ₹50,050.72 per month
