Job Title: Purchase Manager

Experience: Minimum 5 years in Purchase/Procurement
Qualification: B.Com / BBA / B.Sc / Diploma

Job Summary:

Responsible for end-to-end procurement activities including budgeting, vendor development, inventory management, cost control, and timely reporting, while ensuring quality and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage purchase budgets.
• Maintain stock levels as per minimum inventory norms (Regular/Critical).
• Develop and assess vendors for quality, cost, and reliability.
• Drive cost reduction without affecting quality or timelines.
• Follow techno-commercial comparisons per company policy.
• Generate timely purchase MIS.
• Align deliveries with production schedules and fund flow.

Required Skills:

• Strong negotiation and vendor relationship skills.
• Proactive, extroverted personality with a focus on savings.
• Excellent time management and communication.
