Purchase Manager/ Procurement Head

Experience in Commercial Interior Fitout as Purchase Manager/Procurement.

Key Responsibilities :

# Collaborate with project managers and engineers to determine procurement needs for ongoing and upcoming projects.

# Source and identify reliable suppliers, contractors, and vendors for various construction materials, equipment, and services.

# Negotiate terms, prices, and contracts with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.

# Prepare and issue purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications and company policies.

# Monitor and track the status of orders, ensuring on-time delivery and resolving any discrepancies or issues.

# Evaluate supplier performance and maintain a database of approved vendors.

# Coordinate with accounts and finance teams for timely payment processing and reconciliation of invoices.

# Keep abreast of market trends, pricing, and availability of construction-related materials and services.

# Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline procurement processes and optimize supply chain efficiency.

# Maintain accurate and organized records of procurement activities and documentation.

Qualifications and Requirements :

# Graduation in any field and basic knowledge of interior products.

# Proven experience as a Purchase Manager , preferably in the interior sector.

# Strong negotiation and communication skills.

# Proficient in procurement software and tools.

# Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

# Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

# Knowledge of construction materials, regulations, and market trends is a plus.

# Ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

# Strong analytical skills to assess supplier performance, pricing, and quality.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
