JOB VACANCY: PURCHASE/PROCUREMENT

Job Type: Permanent

Description:

• Identify and evaluate reliable suppliers of marine A/C parts, components, and related equipment.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers to ensure optimal cost and quality.
• Issue purchase orders in line with project and maintenance requirements.
• Track and monitor the status of orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain an updated database of suppliers, price lists, and product specifications.
• Coordinate with the engineering, service, and logistics departments to forecast needs and plan procurement accordingly.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
• Assist in inventory control and stock level management to avoid overstocking or shortages.
• Resolve issues related to delivery delays, defective products, or invoice discrepancies.
• Keep up with industry trends and new product developments relevant to marine air conditioning systems.

Key Skills :

• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Knowledge of marine HVAC systems and components
• Understanding of technical specifications and procurement procedures

SHOULD HAVE GOOD KNOWLEDGE IN MS OFFICE ,WORD EXCEL

FLUENT IN ENGLISH, HINDI.
