We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Purchase/Procurement Officer to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Source, negotiate, and purchase materials, equipment, and services required for signage and metal division projects.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials while maintaining cost efficiency.
• Evaluate supplier performance and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Prepare purchase orders, track orders, and handle related documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, production, and projects) to meet material requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years UAE experience in procurement/purchasing, preferably in signage, and metal fabrication.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Knowledge of local and international suppliers.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and procurement systems.
