Retail Shop Purchase Officer – Roles & Responsibilities (with Gofrugal ERP skill)Roles

  • Procurement Management – Ensure timely and cost-effective purchase of goods using Gofrugal ERP.
  • Vendor Coordination – Manage suppliers, negotiate terms, and update vendor details in ERP.
  • Inventory Control – Track stock movement, reorder levels, and manage GRN (Goods Receipt Note) through ERP.
  • ERP Reporting – Generate purchase reports, stock valuation, pending orders, and supplier performance from Gofrugal ERP.
  • Data Accuracy – Maintain error-free entries of purchase orders, invoices, and returns in ERP.

Responsibilities

  • Create & approve purchase orders in Gofrugal ERP.
  • Enter supplier invoices and match them with purchase orders.
  • Monitor stock levels in ERP and raise reorders accordingly.
  • Track pending deliveries and follow up with suppliers.
  • Prepare MIS reports (purchase summary, item-wise costing, vendor analysis) using ERP.
  • Manage return/replacement entries in ERP for damaged/expired items.
  • Train junior staff on ERP purchase modules.
  • Coordinate with accounts team for invoice verification and payments.

Education: Any Degree
Experience: Upto 7 Years
Location: Coimbatore / Tamil Nadu

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,470.76 - ₹30,000.00 per month
