• Track order delivery, coordinate with warehouse/store teams & logistics to ensure timely delivery to sites or facilities.
• Regulatory & Policy Compliance
• Monitor inventory of facility supplies (consumables, parts) to ensure operations aren’t interrupted.
• Procure goods & services needed for ongoing facility operations (cleaning, maintenance, spare parts).
• Handle issues like delayed deliveries, non‑compliance of specifications, supplier disputes.
• Ensure procurement is within budget; monitor cost variations, propose cost-saving alternatives.
• Keep up-to-date with market trends, material price fluctuations, to forecast costs and avoid surprises.
• Evaluate offers technically & commercially, compare terms, prepare comparative sheets.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
