Purchase & Admin Executive | Chennai (0–2 Years)

We are looking for a Purchase & Admin Executive to support our project and office operations with accuracy, coordination, and strong ownership.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Source and order project-related materials based on requirements
  • Collect & compare vendor quotations, negotiate basic pricing, and follow up on deliveries
  • Maintain purchase records, approvals, and documentation
  • Coordinate with suppliers for timely dispatch and quality compliance
  • Handle day-to-day office administrative activities, documentation, and support tasks
  • Prepare basic reports using MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Candidate Requirements :

  • Experience : 0–2 years in Purchase/Admin (Freshers welcome)
  • Education : Any graduate (mandatory)
  • Skills : Strong in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint, good communication, and vendor coordination
  • Location Preference : Only Chennai candidates, especially from Ambattur, Padi, Thirumullaivoyal and nearby areas
