Job Title: Purchase Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Purchase Officer to manage the company’s procurement activities. The role involves sourcing suppliers, negotiating prices, placing purchase orders, and ensuring timely delivery of materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and evaluate suppliers for quality, price, and reliability
  • Prepare and process purchase orders as per company requirements
  • Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors
  • Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials
  • Maintain purchase records, invoices, and related documentation
  • Coordinate with production, stores, and accounts departments
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure timely procurement
  • Ensure purchased materials meet required quality standards

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience in purchasing or procurement
  • Good negotiation and communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel
  • Full Tally Knowledge required
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
