1. Sourcing, evaluating, and negotiating with vendors.

2. Issuing purchase orders, tracking delivery schedules, and ensuring items meet quality standards.

3. Monitoring stock levels.

4. Maintaining accurate records of purchases, invoices, contracts, and supplier communications for compliance.
