Al Rehman Developers is looking for a responsible and experienced
Purchase Officer
to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage purchasing activities, deal with suppliers, and ensure the timely procurement of materials required for company projects.
Responsibilities

Purchase construction and office materials as per company needs

Contact suppliers and negotiate prices

Compare quotations and select the best options
-
Maintain purchase records and invoices
-
Ensure timely delivery of materials

Monitor stock levels and coordinate with departments
-
Build good relationships with vendors and suppliers
Qualification & Experience
-
Education: Intermediate / Bachelor’s Degree
-
Experience in purchasing/procurement preferred
-
Good communication and negotiation skills
-
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word)
-
Honest, responsible, and organized personality
-
Ability to work under pressure
