Purchase Officer- Technical

JOBS & RESPONSBILITIES

Technical PURCHASE

Evaluate and process purchase requisitions from technical departments.

Source and procure raw materials, specialty chemicals, machinery, and maintenance items.

Coordinate with R&D, Production, and Quality Control teams to understand technical requirements.

Identify, assess, and develop a strong vendor base, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Conduct techno-commercial evaluations and prepare comparative statements.

Negotiate pricing, payment terms, lead times, and delivery schedules with vendors.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with stores for material planning.

Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and regulatory standards.

Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data in ERP/SAP.

Assist in supplier audits and continuous improvement of procurement systems.

DISPATCH

• Co-Ordination of Dispatch of Finished Goods from factories and ensure its delivery on client’s site

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
