• Research and evaluate potential vendors and suppliers.
• Request quotations and compare prices, terms, and quality.
• Process purchase orders and maintain proper documentation.
• Follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain and update a database of approved suppliers.
• Coordinate with internal departments (inventory, accounts, etc.) to determine purchasing needs.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.
• Resolve issues related to deliveries, invoice mismatches, and vendor disputes.
