Job Title: Purchase Specialist (Real Estate)

Location: Gurgaon

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience Required: 3–5 years in Real Estate Purchase / Procurement

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end purchase and procurement activities for real estate projects.
  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
  • Prepare purchase orders, contracts, and agreements as per company standards.
  • Maintain vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the project/site teams for procurement requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal guidelines, and budgetary constraints.
  • Prepare reports on procurement, pricing trends, and vendor performance.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements in procurement operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in real estate purchase or procurement .
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Knowledge of procurement processes, contracts, and ERP systems.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
