Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end purchase and procurement activities for real estate projects.

Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.

Prepare purchase orders, contracts, and agreements as per company standards.

Maintain vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the project/site teams for procurement requirements.

Ensure compliance with company policies, legal guidelines, and budgetary constraints.

Prepare reports on procurement, pricing trends, and vendor performance.

Identify opportunities for process improvements in procurement operations.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

3–5 years of relevant experience in
real estate purchase or procurement
.

Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

Knowledge of procurement processes, contracts, and ERP systems.
-
Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
