About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized, experienced, and dedicated Purchaser cum Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing procurement, supplier coordination, inventory, transportation, equipment, vehicles, operators, drivers, clients, and end-to-end logistics operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of materials, equipment, and vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with local suppliers and vendors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and reliable supply.
• Coordinate procurement, logistics, transportation, and inventory activities.
• Maintain accurate procurement, logistics, inventory, and supplier records.
• Handle incoming and outgoing emails and business correspondence.
• Attend phone calls and maintain professional relationships with customers, suppliers, and vendors.
• Handle basic accounts-related work, documentation, and invoice preparation.
• Create sales invoices, delivery notes, and other required documents.
• Coordinate and clear safety-related documents and requirements.
• Manage and coordinate operators, drivers, vehicles, heavy equipment, clients, and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate the daily operational requirements of vehicles, machinery, drivers, and operators.
• Handle tasks independently with minimum supervision.
• Maintain good communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
• Knowledge of ERP systems will be an advantage.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 3* years of experience in the transport, logistics, procurement, or equipment rental industry*.
• Any Bachelor’s Degree
• Relevant experience in the Abu Dhabi region is preferred.
• Valid UAE Driving License is required.
• Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Must be hardworking, loyal, dedicated, and responsible.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and work under pressure.
• Candidates must be capable of handling day-to-day operational, procurement, logistics, documentation, and coordination activities.
