Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Purchasing Agent located in Inlet Beach, FL, with flexibility for some remote work. The Purchasing Agent will be responsible for creating purchase orders, negotiating contracts, managing procurement, and providing excellent customer service to production personnel and internal stakeholders. The Purchasing Agent will ensure the timely delivery of goods and services in accordance with the company's quality standards and budget constraints.

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service orientation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and purchasing software
• Experience in the construction or real estate industry is a plus
• Resourcefulness and the ability to make good decisions is critical. And a great attitude is required.
