24 Hours Care LLC is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Purchasing Assistant to support our on-site procurement operations. This role assists with purchasing supplies, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring materials are available to support daily healthcare services.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with purchasing medical, office, and operational supplies
  • Prepare and process purchase orders
  • Communicate with vendors regarding pricing, delivery, and availability
  • Track orders and confirm timely delivery
  • Maintain accurate purchasing records and files
  • Assist with inventory monitoring and restocking
  • Resolve invoice or delivery discrepancies
  • Support management with purchasing tasks as needed

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Basic computer and data entry skills
  • Ability to work on-site and follow company procedures
  • Good communication skills
