Purchasing Coordinator

Job Description:

Tritech is hiring a Purchase Coordinator to assist with procurement operations. The ideal candidate will support purchase order processing, vendor coordination, inventory tracking, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with vendors for quotations and deliveries
  • Track purchase orders and update delivery status
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases and stock
  • Assist in documentation and filing of procurement data
  • Communicate with internal teams to ensure timely procurement

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience in purchase coordination or similar role
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong communication in English and Hindi
  • Well-organized with attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in electronics
