Job Title: Purchasing Coordinator - OS&E (Operating Supplies & Equipment)

Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchasing Coordinator to join our pre-opening team. This role is critical for managing the end-to-end Purchasing of OS&E items—from sourcing and supplier management to ensuring timely delivery—directly supporting the successful launch of new luxury hotels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, issue, and manage Requests for Quotation (RFQs) to a global supplier base.
  • Conduct detailed cost comparisons and analysis to ensure budget compliance and value optimization.
  • Proactively source new products, materials, and suppliers to expand our vendor database and market knowledge.
  • Review and validate Proforma Invoices for accuracy against quotes and project budgets.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to compile comprehensive technical and commercial quotation data for client review.
  • Manage the submittal, approval, and documentation process for materials and samples.
  • Generate and track Purchase Orders, ensuring alignment with project material schedules.
  • Monitor Purchasing timelines and supplier performance to guarantee on-time delivery for project milestones.
  • Maintain meticulous records and ensure all Purchasing activities adhere to project specifications and company standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience in Purchasing, purchasing, or supply coordination, preferably with exposure to foreign purchasing or the hospitality industry.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis) is essential.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken) for professional communication with international suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Candidates residing in or near 6th of October City are strongly preferred.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Monthly Salary: 15,000 - 18,000 EGP (Net)

Pay: E£15,000.00 - E£18,000.00 per month
