Job Purpose
Responsible for evaluating suppliers to find the best deals possible on goods that are needed for business operations.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Preparing procurement proposals and requesting vendor quotations to support timely sourcing of materials and services for property development and facility needs.
  • Issuing purchase orders and drafting agreements to ensure accurate documentation and compliance with procurement procedures.
  • Monitoring supplier performance and resolving routine issues to maintain smooth delivery of goods and services across real estate projects.
  • Inspecting and recording the quality of purchased items to verify alignment with project requirements and facilitate proper reporting and follow-up.
  • Analyzing procurement data and market trends to assist senior staff in planning and implementing effective sourcing strategies for real estate operations.



Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field is a plus
  • Experience: 2 - 3 years of experience in purchasing or similar roles.
  • Skills: Communication skills - Analytical skills
  • Abilities & Attitude: Proficiency in MS Office – Good in English
