Job Overview
We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Purchasing & Inventory Coordinator to support our buying and inventory operations.
This is not a passive role — it requires accuracy, follow-through, and ownership. You will be responsible for building product data, placing and tracking orders, managing pricing, and ensuring our systems are correct at all times.
We operate in a small, laid-back office, but we move fast and expect a high level of accountability.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Building and maintaining product imports in our system
- Creating and managing purchase orders (POs)
- Placing replenishment orders based on inventory needs
- Tracking shipments, vendor confirmations, and delivery timelines
- Managing pricing, price changes, and promotional setup
- Entering and verifying invoices against purchase orders
- Monitoring product performance and supporting reorder decisions
- Keeping vendor and product records accurate and organized
- Communicating with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues

Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with Excel (basic formulas, sorting, data entry)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Strong accountability and follow-through
- Clear and professional communication
- Retail, inventory, or purchasing experience preferred
Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday–Friday
- Day shift, 9am-5pm
