Almaskan Alwafi Group is seeking a highly organized and strategic Purchase Manager to oversee procurement operations across multiple subsidiaries. The ideal candidate will have a background in Civil Engineering or Architecture, with deep knowledge of suppliers, investors, and key local markets related to construction and real estate. This role requires strong experience in supplier management, contract negotiation, and cost optimization, with the ability to streamline purchasing systems and ensure the timely delivery of materials and services.


Key Responsibilities


- Develop and execute procurement strategies to support business goals and cost efficiency.

- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best terms and conditions.

- Oversee the full purchasing cycle from requisition to delivery and payment.

- Implement and manage procurement systems, policies, and documentation standards.

- Coordinate with internal departments and ensure compliance with company and local regulations.

- Monitor supplier performance and analyze monthly purchasing reports and KPIs.


Requirements


- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture، Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.

- 3–5 years of experience in purchasing or procurement (preferably in construction, real estate, or multi-sector organizations).

- Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.

- Proficiency in ERP/procurement systems and Microsoft Office.
