Responsibilites

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve the company’s purchasing strategy
• Follow new technologies, manufacturers, and products to identify innovative procurement opportunities
• Manage the supplier portfolio by developing alternative sources to improve cost efficiency, reduce risks, and ensure supply continuity
• Standardize and digitalize procurement processes to ensure a systematic and measurable structure
• Manage end-to-end procurement processes for data center, cloud services, network, and IT-related equipment
• Conduct supplier research, request quotations, and perform cost and value analysis
• Negotiate prices, terms, contracts, and service-level agreements with existing and new vendors
• Collaborate with technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into procurement specifications
• Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules, and compliance with contractual terms
• Maintain accurate procurement records, reports, and documentation
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities related to technology procurement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in purchasing, preferably within the technology or IT sector
• Proficiency in MS Office; advanced Excel skills preferred
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven
