Job Title: Purchasing Executive – Glass Installation

Location: Dubai
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience Required: 2–4 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and purchase glass, aluminum, accessories, and consumables for installation projects.
• Negotiate with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and timely delivery.
• Issue and track purchase orders, ensuring on-time delivery to project sites.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and subcontractors.
• Work closely with the project and site teams to understand material requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse/store team.
• Maintain procurement records and reports.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of purchasing experience, preferably in glass, façade.
• Knowledge of glass types, aluminum systems, fittings, and installation materials.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to read BOQs and basic technical drawings.
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP/procurement systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Procurement, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred:

• Experience working with subcontractors or installation teams.
• Local market knowledge of glass and construction material suppliers.
• Driving license (if travel to suppliers/sites is required).
