This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nashik for the position of Purchasing Officer. The Purchasing Officer will be responsible for overseeing purchasing processes, issuing and managing purchase orders and requisitions, maintaining vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely procurement of quality materials and equipment. The role also involves monitoring purchasing budgets, analyzing procurement data for cost optimization, and collaborating with internal teams to meet the company's operational needs.

• Knowledge of Purchasing Processes, managing Purchase Orders, and handling Purchase Requisitions
• Strong skills in Contract Negotiation and supplier/vendor management
• Proficient Analytical Skills for evaluating procurement options and optimizing costs
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic accounting principles is a plus
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with teams and vendors
• Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple procurement activities
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Experience in the manufacturing, construction, or mining industry is desirable
