WE ARE HIRING – PURCHASING OFFICER

SPECIALISTS FOR BUILDING METAL WORKS LLC is seeking a dedicated and experienced Purchasing Officer to join our growing team.

Location: Umm Al Quwain

Qualifications:

✔ Male applicant only
✔ Minimum 3 years of purchasing/procurement experience
✔ Proven experience in the Construction, Aluminium, Steel, and Glass industries
✔ Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
✔ Knowledge of procurement processes, material sourcing, and inventory control
✔ Proficient in Microsoft Office and purchasing documentation
✔ Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
✔ Willing to be assigned in Umm Al Quwain, UAE

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and procure materials, equipment, and services required for projects
• Obtain quotations and negotiate with suppliers for the best pricing and terms
• Prepare purchase orders and monitor delivery schedules
• Coordinate with project, warehouse, and finance teams
• Maintain supplier records and purchasing documentation
• Ensure timely procurement of construction, aluminium, steel, and glass materials
• Monitor inventory levels and recommend replenishment when necessary

Salary: Salary will be discussed during the interview.

Work Location: In person
