About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Purchasing Specialist to join our team.
This position plays a key role in managing both domestic and international purchasing operations, ensuring timely, accurate, and cost-effective sourcing of materials to support the company’s projects and daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and manage purchase orders for both local and overseas suppliers.
  • Communicate with factories, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure on-time production and delivery.
  • Verify product details, pricing, and shipment information with accuracy.
  • Coordinate closely with accounting, warehouse, and sales teams for smooth order execution.
  • Maintain purchasing records and ensure compliance with internal policies and SOPs.
  • Support continuous improvement in supply chain efficiency and cost control.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1*-2 years of purchasing or logistics experience* (manufacturing or construction materials industry preferred).
  • Strong communication, organization, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and purchasing systems (e.g., Inflow or similar).
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $57,417.72 per year
