Purchasing Specialist (Disabled)

We’re looking for a passionate Purchasing Specialist to join our dynamic and supportive team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring efficient and effective procurement processes across the organization.

What About Your Challenge:

• Support end-to-end procurement processes including request collection, quotation, evaluation, ordering, delivery follow-up, and invoice control,
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to ensure optimal cost and quality,
• Implement cost-saving initiatives and contribute to overall procurement efficiency,
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of purchasing needs,
• Support office and event-related procurement and logistics as needed.
• Track, document, and report all procurement activities through internal approval and reporting systems.
• Coordinate and manage business travel processes in accordance with company procedures, including booking, purchasing, and planning.

What Are We Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field,
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience,
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and cost analysis,
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills,
• Strong organizational and time management abilities,
• A proactive team player with a solution-oriented mindset,
• Fluent in English and able to communicate effectively is a big plus.
